About The London Head and Neck Clinic

The London Head and Neck Clinic is part of a general Ear, Nose and Throat service available at The Harley Street Medical Centre, 27 Harley Street, London.

The Clinic has been established in order to fast track those patients where there is a worry of potential Head and Neck Cancer. Doctors working in our group are all super-specialised experts in the field of Head and Neck disease, and deal with both benign and malignant disease as part of their everyday practice. This expertise prevents delay and optimises treatment.

This is a private clinic, open to insured, non-insured and overseas patients.

You do not need a GP referral letter to see us, although your medical insurance may require one.

The doctors in the clinic are all based at  major London Teaching Hospitals, and form part of the regional Head and Neck team for the NHS. The core specialties are ENT - Mike Dilkes, OMFS - Simon Whitley, Radiology - Tim Beale and Polly Richards, Pathology - Glen Dixon (private only), Gabrielle Koczan, Maria Calaminici, Radiotherapy - Amen Sibtain.

The clinic handles the whole range of Head and Neck disorders, from sebaceous cysts and globus pharyngeus, to thyroid tumours and advanced Head and Neck Cancer.

New patient referrals will be able to have a one-stop service for Ultrasound, Fine needle aspiration, Cytology, CT and MRI. Full examination facilities are available, including flexible direct endoscopy with DVD recording, microscopes for close examination, and the full range of standard ENT equipment, including a sound proofed booth for audiology.
